A year ago I submitted my application to participate in the Traveling Dress Project. Thank you to Christy Reynolds Smith and Nina Lugue for your dedication and hard work.
This was the 2021 year for the 7th Annual Traveling Dress Project. This year was their biggest geographical year ever with the dress seeing two provinces in Canada, and traveling from several places in Idaho to two stops in Texas, Wyoming, Michigan, Kentucky, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maine.
“Awards for 2021 will be based in three different ways, which will be different than how we have awarded prizes in the past. We will be awarding Judge's Choice awards for 1st through 3rd place. We will award 1st through 3rd place for the public attendees votes and we will be offering online guests the opportunity to vote for their favorites where we will also award prizes for 1st through 3rd place. This gives more of the Artists an opportunity to have their work recognized depending on the platform”.

When Hollie saw the image on the top of the page and found out we had won, she screamed so loud her roommates thought she was injured or something. We are Over the Moon on this one. We look forward to the 2022 dress.
